Here's what happened.
On January 21, 2012 my FileServe account was suspended and 2 days later the files on both of my MediaFire accounts were erased. The thing is that I was already planning to stop posting bands in March after finishing the 6th compilation of my music mixes.
I won't get deep into it but posting the bands is time consuming and I also don't like the whole layout I have. I should have done it differently from the get-go but I only realized that after a few months when it was too late so I just stuck with this. For example, it's always a bother to put genres for bands because I only listen to the music for the music and after making a mix I have to think what genre I will put for this and that. I should have put descriptions for the bands at the top of the posts and everything else downloadable under it. If I didn't only put my own links than it would have saved a lot of time and most of the files that are gone now would still be there. Also the track lists and album covers are unnecessary at the end of the day, there's more things but my point is that I made it all a little bit too neat for my own good.
Now that it's all gone I feel somewhat relieved. A lot of work is gone but when I made this blog I didn't expect it to last forever so you can understand why I'm not shocked. I was actually laughing when I found out about it.
Now for the future. I'm not going to post any bands at all for now or possibly ever with the way things are in the world now. I also don't see the point of re-uploading so many files when they can easily get removed again so we will have to wait and see for now.
Of course this site is mainly about the mixes I make and I will not give up on those. I'm gonna give you links to MediaFire folders on a new account I created for the first 5 compilations where you can download each mix individually. RapidShare & Wupload for each compilation (you just need to download all 2 or 3 parts and unrar them all at once) and also the Mega Mixes because of their size.
RapidShare was quite bad for the last 1 - 2 years but now it's alright. Multiupload doesn't work for me anymore so when/if it will than I will upload the compilations on it too.

Mixes Compilation 1
Core, Electro, Heavy, Rock, Slow Mixes
Description
For the most part it's music that I listened to between 2006 - 2009.
Core Mixes: About 90% of it is scenester pop rock, I call it popcore.
Mix 4 even has a screamo song, which I put in there for a reason.
Electro Mixes: Electronic music, a lot of pop, synthpop, chiptune and some scene music.
Heavy Mixes: A lot of scenester mallcore, very pop oriented for the most part but there's also some other stuff.
Rock Mixes: Might be a misleading title because it's full of pop & pop rock but I didn't know what else to call these mixes. Track 01 on mix 2 doesn't exactly fit in but that's because I wasn't planning to make any mixes with that kind of music yet so I thought that's the best place for it.
Slow Mixes: Simply slower-paced and relaxing music, mix 5 is the best representation.

Description
Also not too different from the first compilation except for mixes 4 & 5 and the fact there's more than 10 songs in each mix. The fifth one is the mix where 01 from Rock Mix 2 would have fit in but it took some time to get there.

Description
I made this compilation because I had so many songs piled up over the years. In the Pop Mixes I put in a lot songs that I used to listen to in 2007 & 2008, and I wanted to sort of "get rid of" them. The Emo/Screamo Mixes are self-explanatory, mostly from my summer of 2010. Everything else is for you to discover.
